Thursday Conference to discuss SB 76--Property Tax Elimination--now tentatively scheduled for a first ever vote in the Senate next week

This Thursday, November 12, Stout Associates Realtors and the Pennsylvania Coalition of Taxpayer Associations (PCTA) will hold a conference on Senate Bill 76, the Property Tax Independence Act.

Senate Bill 76 has been tentatively scheduled by the Senate Majority Leader, for the first time ever, for a debate and vote by all Senators on the floor of the state Senate next week.

During this conference, Ron Boltz of the PCTA and I will discuss the status of the bill and its significant impact in helping Pennsylvania find a better way to fund our public schools and assist local citizens, especially seniors living on a fixed income, who risk losing their homes due to this staggering tax.

The conference will be held from 6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. at the Inn at Reading, located at 1040 N. Park Rd. in Wyomissing.
