HARRISBURG – Senator David G. Argall (R-29) today released the following statement regarding Senate Bill 1006, Senator Vogel’s (R-47) legislation to ban the sale of ‘bath salts’ in the state of Pennsylvania. The bill was approved today by the State Senate.
“The Senate and House worked together to pass this much-needed legislation,” said Argall. “This bill, which I was proud to cosponsor, will hopefully put an end to the devastating headlines and heartbreak numerous families have suffered due to these synthetic drugs.”
Senate Bill 1006 now moves to the Governor’s desk for his signature.
