HARRISBURG – Senator David G. Argall (R-29) released the following statement regarding Governor Corbett’s budget address:
“As we continue to see positive signs of our state’s economic recovery, we must be wise with the tax dollars we collect. I’m optimistic that the state has seen the worst of this horrible recession and am pleased to see the Governor allocate funds dedicated to much-needed economic development efforts to aid with private sector job creation. As a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, I look forward to hearing from each department on how we can create a more efficient state government that functions effectively on a balanced and sensible budget.”
