Senator Argall questioned Acting Secretary of Banking & Securities Robin Wiessmann regarding ways to improve the Pennsylvania Minority Business Authority and expedite the foreclosure process on properties that have fallen into a dangerous state of disrepair.

During a budget hearing with the Department of Labor and Industry, Senator Argall discussed the adverse effects of Obamacare on full-time employment and concerns regarding out-of-state household goods movers operating in Pennsylvania.

The Property Tax Independence Act was approved by the Senate Finance Committee today, according to the bill’s prime sponsors Senators David G. Argall (R-29), Mike Folmer (R-48), Judy Schwank (D-11) and John Yudichak (D-14).
